With Hely GO, you can use all Hely vehicles and services at no fixed monthly cost. With Hely FLOW, you pay a fixed amount per month, but you also get substantial discounts on the hourly rate and can make use of a maximum daily rate. Below you can see which Hely package is most advantageous for you based on a few situations and calculations.

how many times a month do you need shared mobility?

Do you use partial transportation at least twice a month? Chances are that the Hely FLOW package is then more advantageous for you, but this also depends on how long you are on the road. Do you use shared transport less than twice a month and are your trips short? Then the Hely GO €0 package is probably the best match for you.

how long are you on the road?

The big advantage of Hely FLOW is that you pay for up to 8 hours per calendar day. With Hely GO, there is no daily rate. So are you regularly on the road for longer periods of time, or going away for the weekend? With Hely FLOW, you can get the monthly fee out in no time. Below is a little calculation:

You go for a day on the e-city car, from 10 am to 8 pm. So you are on the road for 10 hours.

With Hely GO you pay €9 per hour x 10 hours = €90 for a day.

With Hely FLOW, you pay €7 per hour x 10 hours, but because of the maximum daily rate, you pay only €56.

So you save €34 with Hely FLOW! This saves you the package rate of €30 per month.

For our vehicles, it will be more beneficial with Hely FLOW after an average of 3.5 to 4.5 hours. If your trips are usually shorter than 3.5 hours and you only need partial transportation sporadically, choose the free Hely GO package.

CAN I CHANGE PACKAGES IN BETWEEN? 

Yes, you can! You can upgrade your Hely GO package to Hely FLOW at any time. For example, if you know that you will be on the road more often in the near future, or if you are going away for the weekend. Do you have a Hely FLOW package and want to convert it to Hely GO? Then there is a notice period of 1 month. Handy if you go on vacation and cannot use Hely. You can easily change your package yourself under your settings in the Hely app.

WHAT OTHER CHARGES ARE THERE?

Actually, none! Because at Hely, we don't charge a deposit, mileage and fuel costs. So you only pay for the time you use a vehicle. You park the vehicle for free at the Hely Hub, but beyond that, parking costs are at your own expense. Sometimes we charge a surcharge, for example when a reserved car is returned late or in case of damage. An overview of these surcharges can be found here.
