That’s why Hely is offering current and new residents of these three locations (hereinafter to be referred to as “Users”) the possibility to receive 12 months €15- discount on their Hely invoice (“Promotion”). PROMOTIONAL TERMS WELCOME LUMEN

Mobility Solutions and Services B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Hely", "we", "us" or "our") wishes to give residents of Lumen (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "Users") a warm welcome to Hely with a mobility budget for Hely shared transport for some house types (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion"). This Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions ("Promotion Terms and Conditions") as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Hely. We therefore advise you to read the terms and conditions carefully.
  1. By participating in this Promotion you accept that these Promotional Terms and the User Terms and Conditions of Hely apply. The Terms and Conditions can be consulted via www.hely.com (“Website”)
  2. For a valid registration, the User needs to:
    1. Comply with the terms for registration as is defined in Hely’s General Terms and Conditions.
    2. Have a complete and approved account at Hely: linked and approved drivers license or other successful identification method, linked payment method.
  3. The amount of the mobility budget varies by housing type:
    1.  Housing type </= 85 m2: B, G, I, I1, I2 K, K2, J, J2, G, M or S
      1. Up to two people in the household will receive a monthly mobility budget of €60 per person to use at Hely.
      2. A €60 discount is applied to your monthly bill. This means that if you drive more, the remaining cost will be charged by direct debit.
      3. If you do not use the full €60, the remaining budget can be rolled over for up to 3 months.
      4. The mobility budget is valid for 24 months from registration with Hely.
    2. Housing type 85 - 160 m2: A, B1, C to F, H, J1, K1, L, L1, O, P, R, T or V
      1. Up to two people in your household receive a monthly mobility budget of €25 per person that you can use at Hely.
      2. You pay per ride. A €25 discount is then applied to your monthly bill. This means that if you drive more, the remaining cost will be charged by direct debit.
      3. If you do not use the full €25 then the remaining budget can be carried forward for up to 3 months.
      4. The mobility budget is valid for 24 months from registration with Hely.
    3. Housing type 85 - 160 m2: A1, A2, N, Q, U, W, X, Y, or Z
      1. There is no mobility budget associated with this type. This means that all trips will be charged.
  4. The User needs to register before 31-12-2024 to be eligible for the mobility budget.
  5. The User is responsible for requesting the mobility budget by sending an e-mail to support@hely.com.
  6. The costs of your rides are charged monthly by direct debit.
  7. The Promotion can only be used as a discount on the monthly invoice of Hely. It cannot be exchanged for cash and in no case will it lead to a positive number on the invoice, which would result in a financial reimbursement by Hely.
  8. In the event of abuse, fraud, providing incorrect/incomplete information or by not complying with these Promotional Terms, Hely reserves the right to exclude you from this Promotion. Hely is entitled to reclaim the benefits User already received and to claim additionally the costs made by Hely to reclaim those benefits.

Mobility Solutions and Services B.V. (hereinafter to be referred to as: “Hely; “We”; “Us” or “Our”) wants to offer the residents of Slachthuisdistrict a warm welcome to the new Hely Hub. That’s why Hely is offering current and new residents of Slachthuisdistrict (hereinafter to be referred to as “Users”) the possibility to receive a free ride. Besides this, they receive €15,- discount on rides made during the first twelve months (“Promotion”) if they complete their account before December 31st 2024. This Promotion is subject to these conditions ("Promotional Terms'') as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Hely. We therefore advise you to read through both conditions carefully.
  1. By registering for the Promotion you accept that these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Hely apply. The General Terms and Conditions can be consulted via www.hely.com ("Website").
  2. For a valid registration, the User needs to:
    1. Comply with the terms for registration as is defined in Hely’s General Terms and Conditions;

  3. To get the first ride for free, the user needs to take this ride within 2 weeks after getting an approved account. After the ride is finished, the discount is automatically deducted from the price of the ride.
  4. The free ride covers up to 48 hours with an e-comfort car with a Hely GO subscription.
  5. The Promotion is valid if the User completes his account before December 31st 2024.
  6. The Promotion only applies to rides, not to the Hely FLOW subscription.
  7. The Promotion will be deducted from the invoice at the end of the month. 
  8. Each User can participate once in this Promotion. 
  9. The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. In no circumstances will the Promotion end in a surplus on the invoice of the User, which will result in a financial restitution from Hely.
  11. When multiple promotions apply simultaneously, we will settle the discount that expires first. For the same expiration date, we settle the discount with the highest amount first.
  12. In the event of abuse, fraud, providing incorrect/incomplete information or by not complying with these Promotional Terms, Hely reserves the right to exclude you from this Promotion. Hely is entitled to reclaim the benefits User already received and to claim additionally the costs made by Hely to reclaim those benefits.

Mobility Solutions and Services B.V. (hereinafter to be referred to as: “Hely; “We”; “Us” or “Our”) wants to offer the new Hely GO/FLOW users a warm welcome to Hely. That’s why Hely is offering new Hely GO/FLOW users, with the exception of the users of Hely Hub Slachthuisdistrict, Hely Hub Lumen & Hely Hubs in Parkrijk (hereinafter to be referred to as “Users”) the possibility to receive €10,- discount on their Hely invoice (“Promotion”) when they make their first ride within one month of completing a complete valid registration between May 1st 2022 till December 31st 2024. This Promotion is subject to these conditions ("Promotional Terms") as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Hely. We therefore advise you to read through both conditions carefully.

  6. The Promotion does not have to be used in one ride, if there is some left over, it will automatically be applied to the next ride.
  7. The Promotion is immediately processed with the price of the ride.
  8. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Promotion is valid for 24 months, in which the start date differs for new and current residents. The following terms apply to this Promotion:

  5. During their Promotional period, residents with a 3.1 postal code receive a €10 discount (including tax) per calendar month on their monthly Hely invoice.
  6. The Promotional period for residents with a 3.2 postal code is 24 months, which starts at the moment of completion of their residence.
  7. During their Promotional period, residents with a 3.2 postal code receive a €15 discount (including tax) per calendar month on their monthly Hely invoice.
  8. In case a User moves during their Promotional period, the new resident can use the Promotion for the remaining months of the Promotional period. To do so, the new resident is responsible for the transfer of the Promotion by sending Hely a formal request via .
  9. Only one person per address can participate in the Promotion. In case more than one person with the same address signs up at Hely, the Promotion will be appointed to the person that signed up first.
  10. In case the User hasn’t (completely) used the Promotional discount within one calendar month, the (remaining) discount can be used in the next calendar month. After this, the (remaining) Promotional discount expires and cannot be claimed by the User.
  11. The Promotion can only be used as a discount on the monthly invoice of Hely. It cannot be exchanged for cash and in no case will it lead to a positive number on the invoice, which would result in a financial reimbursement by Hely.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS WELCOME DISCOUNT HELY FLOW

Mobility Solutions and Services B.V. (hereinafter to be referred to as: “Hely; “We”; “Us” or “Our”) want to give new customers (hereinafter to be referred to as “Users”) a warm welcome by offering them 50% discount of the first month of their Hely FLOW package (hereinafter to be referred to as “The Promotion”). This Promotion is valid from September 15th 2020 till December 31st 2024. The following terms apply to this Promotion: 
  1. By participating to this Promotion you accept that these Promotional Terms and the General Terms and Conditions of Hely apply. The General Terms and Conditions can be consulted on www.hely.com (“Website”).
  2. The Promotion is valid from September 15th 2020 till December 31st 2024. 
  3. Participating in this Promotion is done by starting a Hely FLOW package.
  4. For a valid registration, the User needs to:
    1. Comply with the terms for registration as is defined in Hely’s General Terms and Conditions;
    2. Have a complete and approved account at Hely: linked and approved drivers license or successful iDIN verification, linked bank account.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, the User receives a 50% discount on the package fee of the first month of their Hely FLOW package.
  6. Each User can only participate once in this Promotion.
  7. When a User cancels their Hely FLOW package for any reason or changes it to a Hely GO package, and reactivated their Hely FLOW package later on, the User cannot use this Promotion again.
  8. The Promotion is part of the Agreement that you enter into with Hely. Registration for the Promotion therefore means that you as a User are bound to the Hely package
  9. The package period of the Hely FLOW package has a minimum of 1 month, after which the package will automatically be extended by one month at the time. When cancelling the package the User needs to take the term of notice in account that applies at Hely, as is defined in the General Terms and Conditions.
  10. The Hely FLOW package is bound to a fixed sum per month. The package Fee will be collected every month by direct debit. If the User participates in this Promotion, this amount will automatically be deducted from the invoice.
  11. In the event of abuse, fraud, providing incorrect/incomplete information or by not complying with these Promotional Terms, Hely reserves the right to exclude you from this Promotion. Hely is entitled to reclaim the benefits User already received and to claim additionally the costs made by Hely to reclaim those benefits. 
  12. Hely is not liable for any incorrect information provided with regard to the Promotion via its Website, social media channels, printed matter and/or otherwise.
  13. Hely reserves the right, without prior notice and at its discretion, to change the Promotional Terms in the interim and/or to terminate or suspend the Promotion. This includes the exclution of selected Hely Hubs from the Promotion.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS MEMBER GET MEMBER

Mobility Solutions and Services B.V. (hereinafter to be referred to as: “Hely; “We”; “Us” or “Our”) offers current customers ("Users") the possibility to earn discount on their next Hely invoice by inviting their friends/neighbours (“New Users”) to use Hely. The User receives a discount of €10,- on their next invoice for every New User who completes their Hely account. The New User who completes their Hely account will also receive a €10,- discount on their next Hely invoice. The promotional offer (“Promotion”) is valid from August 1st 2019 till December 31st 2024. This Promotion is subject to these conditions ("Promotional Terms") as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Hely. We therefore advise you to read through both conditions carefully.

  1. Participation in the Promotion by the User takes place through sharing the promotional link through the Hely app. 
  2. For a registration for the Promotion to be valid, as a New User you:
    1. are at least 18 years old;
    2. have a (demonstrable) residential address in the Netherlands;
    3. have a valid Dutch, European, Canadian, Australian or North American drivers license, or in case not in possession of a drivers license, see D;

  3. For a registration for the Promotion to be valid, as a User you:
    1. Have to comply with the terms for registration as is defined in Hely’s General Terms and Conditions;
    2. Have a complete and approved Hely account: linked drivers license and / or linked bank account.
    3. And the New User has a complete and approved Hely account.
  4. Ruled out for participation to the Promotion are Admins and Members of a Business package (group account).
  5. The Promotion is part of the Agreement that you enter into with Hely. Registration for the Promotion therefore means that you as a User are bound to the Hely package. The package period is at least one (1) month, after which the package will automatically be extended by one (1) month at the time. Packages of Hely are bound to a fixed monthly amount. Besides that, you pay a rate per minute for the time you actually used the Vehicle, of which the amount depends of the Vehicle type. The Fee for a package and the usage costs will be collected each month in advance by direct debit.
  6. The package may be terminated in writing, by regular or electronic mail, taking into account the notice period. If notice of termination is given within the first month of the package, the package will be terminated at the end of the first month. If the notice of termination is given after the first month of the package, the notice period will be one (1) month. 
  7. The Promotion is valid for all New Hely Users who have legitimately registered from the date of August 1st, 2019 and before the date of January 1st, 2024 through the promotional link of the User. 
  8. Every New User can only use the Promotion once. 
  9. Every User can use the Promotion multiple times.
  10. The earned discount of the Promotion is valid for two months, starting at the date that the New User has signed up for Hely. After this period the promotional discount will expire and both the New User as the User cannot appeal to the promotional €10,- discount. 
  11. When the User or New User doesn’t use the promotional €10,- discount completely within the first month after rightful registration, the remaining amount will be transferred to the second month as discount on the invoice.

(hereinafter to be referred to as: “Hely; “We”; “Us” or “Our”) want to give new customers (hereinafter to be referred to as “Users”) a warm welcome by offering them 50% discount of the first month of their Hely FLOW package (hereinafter to be referred to as “The Promotion”). This Promotion is valid from September 15th 2020 till December 31st 2024. The following terms apply to this Promotion: 
  1. By participating to this Promotion you accept that these Promotional Terms and the General Terms and Conditions of Hely apply. The General Terms and Conditions can be consulted on www.hely.com (“Website”).
  2. The Promotion is valid from September 15th 2020 till December 31st 2024. 
  3. Participating in this Promotion is done by starting a Hely FLOW package.
  4. For a valid registration, the User needs to:
    1. Comply with the terms for registration as is defined in Hely’s General Terms and Conditions;
    2. Have a complete and approved account at Hely: linked and approved drivers license or successful iDIN verification, linked bank account.
  5. By participating in this Promotion, the User receives a 50% discount on the package fee of the first month of their Hely FLOW package.
  6. Each User can only participate once in this Promotion.
  7. When a User cancels their Hely FLOW package for any reason or changes it to a Hely GO package, and reactivated their Hely FLOW package later on, the User cannot use this Promotion again.
  8. The Promotion is part of the Agreement that you enter into with Hely. Registration for the Promotion therefore means that you as a User are bound to the Hely package
  9. The package period of the Hely FLOW package has a minimum of 1 month, after which the package will automatically be extended by one month at the time. When cancelling the package the User needs to take the term of notice in account that applies at Hely, as is defined in the General Terms and Conditions.
  10. The Hely FLOW package is bound to a fixed sum per month. The package Fee will be collected every month by direct debit. If the User participates in this Promotion, this amount will automatically be deducted from the invoice.
  11. In the event of abuse, fraud, providing incorrect/incomplete information or by not complying with these Promotional Terms, Hely reserves the right to exclude you from this Promotion. Hely is entitled to reclaim the benefits User already received and to claim additionally the costs made by Hely to reclaim those benefits. 
  12. Hely is not liable for any incorrect information provided with regard to the Promotion via its Website, social media channels, printed matter and/or otherwise.
  13. Hely reserves the right, without prior notice and at its discretion, to change the Promotional Terms in the interim and/or to terminate or suspend the Promotion. This includes the exclution of selected Hely Hubs from the Promotion.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS MEMBER GET MEMBER

Mobility Solutions and Services B.V. (hereinafter to be referred to as: “Hely; “We”; “Us” or “Our”) offers current customers ("Users") the possibility to earn discount on their next Hely invoice by inviting their friends/neighbours (“New Users”) to use Hely. The User receives a discount of €10,- on their next invoice for every New User who completes their Hely account. The New User who completes their Hely account will also receive a €10,- discount on their next Hely invoice. The promotional offer (“Promotion”) is valid from August 1st 2019 till December 31st 2024. This Promotion is subject to these conditions ("Promotional Terms") as well as the General Terms and Conditions of Hely. We therefore advise you to read through both conditions carefully.
By registering for the Promotion you accept that these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Hely apply. The General Terms and Conditions can be consulted via  ("Website").
  1. Participation in the Promotion by the User takes place through sharing the promotional link through the Hely app. 
  2. For a registration for the Promotion to be valid, as a New User you:
    1. are at least 18 years old;
    2. have a (demonstrable) residential address in the Netherlands;
    3. have a valid Dutch, European, Canadian, Australian or North American drivers license, or in case not in possession of a drivers license, see D;
    4. have a (demonstrable) current account at a bank from the Netherlands and accept direct debit from Hely;
    5. Have a complete and approved Hely account: linked drivers license and / or linked Dutch bank account.
  3. For a registration for the Promotion to be valid, as a User you:
    1. Have to comply with the terms for registration as is defined in Hely’s General Terms and Conditions;
    2. Have a complete and approved Hely account: linked drivers license and / or linked bank account.
    3. And the New User has a complete and approved Hely account.
  4. Ruled out for participation to the Promotion are Admins and Members of a Business package (group account).
  5. The Promotion is part of the Agreement that you enter into with Hely. Registration for the Promotion therefore means that you as a User are bound to the Hely package. The package period is at least one (1) month, after which the package will automatically be extended by one (1) month at the time. Packages of Hely are bound to a fixed monthly amount. Besides that, you pay a rate per minute for the time you actually used the Vehicle, of which the amount depends of the Vehicle type. The Fee for a package and the usage costs will be collected each month in advance by direct debit.
  6. The package may be terminated in writing, by regular or electronic mail, taking into account the notice period. If notice of termination is given within the first month of the package, the package will be terminated at the end of the first month. If the notice of termination is given after the first month of the package, the notice period will be one (1) month. 
  7. The Promotion is valid for all New Hely Users who have legitimately registered from the date of August 1st, 2019 and before the date of January 1st, 2024 through the promotional link of the User. 
  8. Every New User can only use the Promotion once. 
  9. Every User can use the Promotion multiple times.
  10. The earned discount of the Promotion is valid for two months, starting at the date that the New User has signed up for Hely. After this period the promotional discount will expire and both the New User as the User cannot appeal to the promotional €10,- discount. 
  11. When the User or New User doesn’t use the promotional €10,- discount completely within the first month after rightful registration, the remaining amount will be transferred to the second month as discount on the invoice. 
  12. In no circumstances will the €10,- promotional discount end in a surplus on the invoice of the User or New user, which will result in a financial restitution from Hely. 
  13. In the event of abuse, fraud, providing incorrect/incomplete information or by not complying with these Promotional Terms, Hely reserves the right to exclude you from this Promotion. Hely is entitled to reclaim the benefits User already received and to claim additionally the costs made by Hely to reclaim those benefits.
