Who are we?
Hely is a start-up that wants to make sustainable shared transport accessible to everyone. We place our Hely Hubs at various locations in the Netherlands, where people can take a shared car, e-bike or cargo bike with them via the Hely app. By doing so, we offer a good, sustainable alternative to having your own (second) car and our users can get around with all their favorite vehicles without having to pay high purchase and maintenance costs themselves. We do this for residents of residential complexes as well as for companies.
We have already thought about your role, but would like to talk to you to see which responsibilities match your interests and learning goals.
What will you do?
You will join the Commerce & Marketing team where you will work directly with your marketing colleagues. This department deals with the marketing and communications for new and existing Hely Hubs, acquiring new customers and making/keeping current customers happy, as well as ensuring that the Hely brand is maintained and reinforced through a variety of channels.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Recruiting and activating new users, both online and offline
- Creating cool content (photos, videos and/or texts) that fits the Hely brand.
- Going out yourself to create day to day content at the Hely hubs.
- Lead the testimonials project
- Managing the Hely social channels
Of course, there is also plenty of room to start your own project or for an assignment from your course.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
As a marketing & communications intern, you will be a full member of a small, ambitious team and we expect a healthy combination of enthusiasm, team spirit and an entrepreneurial spirit. You are eager to build something and will work on this independently. You are eager to learn, have an eye for detail and know how to get things done.
And further:
- Your education: an HBO or university education, preferably in the direction of Communication, Marketing or Multimedia.
- You speak and write Dutch and English well.
