Frans Slats is responsible at NS for services and revenues in the business market and shares his experience with us: “it is a pleasant partnership for our own use and business mobility. We are one of Hely's partners because we want to help companies with their complete door-to-door mobility. We saw that for a part of companies it is difficult to get the last mile well taken care of, that is why we added this service to our portfolio. It fits in nicely that we also use Hely's own shared bikes and cars for appointments from our headquarters where the train is less convenient. The quality of the facilities is high, they are just good bikes and cars.”
Frans is satisfied with the cooperation and looks back on the service, “as an employer you have exclusivity for your employees and that is really a distinguishing feature compared to other forms of shared mobility. That is also one of the USPs we use towards our customers when we help them take care of their total mobility. Hely is one of the pieces of the puzzle. The advantage of such a hub is that the customer has complete control over how to shape it.”
