Shared mobility, like car sharing, shared e-scooters and -bikes, are becoming more and more popular, especially in urban area’s. Hely is a start-up of Pon Automotive and & NS, who places ‘hubs’ at various locations where people can pick up and use a range of shared mobility. At these Hely Hubs all cars, e-bikes and cargo bikes are conveniently placed together, so the user has the right type of vehicle within reach for every situation.
Hely is getting more and more customers everyday and therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service intern who can help our customers to happily get on the road!
THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE GOING TO DO
You will join Hely's Operations & Customer Service team. Your team makes sure that everything on our hubs runs smoothly and all our customers get the appropriate help they need. You will mainly work with your Customer Service colleagues, but you will also regularly work together with your colleagues Technology and Product & Marketing.
As Customer Service intern at Hely you will mainly work on:
Helping our customers with their registration and making sure this process runs efficiently
Helping our customers with their (first) trip and solve any problems that they might run into
Keeping an eye on our rentals; is everything going as it should be?
Responding to customer reviews and experiences
Answering any other questions or suggestions via phone, email chat and Facebook
Making our customers happy! For example, by surprising them with a postcard, or just sending them a nice message after their first ride
Naturally there is also plenty of space to come with some fun initiatives yourself or to work on a school assignment.
THIS IS YOU
You think and work on a MBO+ (post-secondary vocational education) level
You are customer-oriented, stress-resistant and accurate
You are a strong communicator, Dutch is your native language but you also master the English language verbally and in writing on a professional level
You’re not afraid to pick up the phone
You’re available to work at Hely for at least 3 months, between 24 - 40 hours a week
Work experience with client contact is a plus
