HUUB BECOMES HELY

HUUB and Hely will merge together under the name Hely. Together, we can bring you from A to B even better, easier and more fun. The upcoming period all HUUB-spots will be put into a new Hely jacket. When your HUUB-spot has become a Hely Hub, you can only use the vehicles through the Hely app. Read below what this means for you as a HUUB-user, and how you can still get on the road with all vehicles.

THIS IS HOW YOU CREATE A HELY ACCOUNT

  1. Download the Hely app.

  2. Sign up for Hely via the website or in the Hely app.

  3. We'll send you a link to activate your account. Subsequently you can fill in the rest of your data in the Hely app.

THIS IS HOW YOU USE THE HELY VEHICLES

You can use the Hely vehicles in the same way you're used to at HUUB. You only need the Hely app to open, close and reserve all vehicles. And what also will stay the same:

FAQ

I have a €0 subscription at HUUB, do I need to pay a subscription fee at Hely?

No, if you had a free subscription at HUUB you don't need to pay the subscription of €4,95 at Hely. This fee will automatically be deducted from your invoice. Although you we don't charge you any subscription costs, you do need to start a subscription during the registration process in the Hely app.

Will the prices for usage of the vehicles change?

Yes, the price per hour and the maximum day rate will change. At HUUB, you now pay €2 per hour for an e-bike. At Hely you only pay €1,50 per hour for an e-bike. The maximum day rate of an e-bike at HUUB is now €8, at Hely this is €9. You can find the rates of all vehicles at Hely on www.hely.com.

Will my HUUB account be automatically deleted?
