HUUB BECOMES HELY

HUUB and Hely will merge together under the name Hely. Together, we can bring you from A to B even better, easier and more fun. The upcoming period all HUUB-spots will be put into a new Hely jacket. When your HUUB-spot has become a Hely Hub, you can only use the vehicles through the Hely app. Read below what this means for you as a HUUB-user, and how you can still get on the road with all vehicles.

  • HUUB-spot Station Amsterdam Zuid - per July 7th will be: Hely Hub Station Zuid

  • HUUB spot The Conducteur has become a members only Hely Hub from 30 July 2020

  • HUUB spot Heijmans has become a members only Hely Hub from 30 July 2020

  • HUUB spot NWZ has become a members only Hely Hub from 24 August 2020

THIS IS HOW YOU CREATE A HELY ACCOUNT

  1. Download the Hely app.

  2. Sign up for Hely via the website or in the Hely app.

  3. We'll send you a link to activate your account. Subsequently you can fill in the rest of your data in the Hely app.

THIS IS HOW YOU USE THE HELY VEHICLES

You can use the Hely vehicles in the same way you're used to at HUUB. You only need the Hely app to open, close and reserve all vehicles. And what also will stay the same:

FAQ

I have a €0 subscription at HUUB, do I need to pay a subscription fee at Hely?

No, if you have a free subscription at HUUB you do not have to pay any subscription fee if you choose Hely Go. Do you choose Hely Flow? Then you will receive a 50% discount on your subscription costs for the first month.

Will the prices for usage of the vehicles change?

Yes, the price per hour and the maximum daily rate will change. The rates of all Hely vehicles can be found at www.hely.com.

Will my HUUB account be automatically deleted?
