HELY & ASML
In September 2019, ASML and Hely began a conversation about what kind of shared bike service would fit ASML's mobility challenges. The company is rapidly growing and wants to prevent traffic pressure in the region from growing along with it. On top of that, they also want to encourage their employees to travel sustainably. Together we worked out a back-to-many-service design with an innovative and open-minded approach. After the successful launch of the campus bikes, additional hubs were added at Eindhoven Station (September 18 Square, now Station Eindhoven Central Station KBC) and P+R Eersel in 2021.
Not only is this the biggest Hely Hub so far, but Hely Hub ASML P+R Eersel is also the biggest e-bike hub in the Netherlands! With this, we make another step forwards in shared mobility and sustainable transportation.
ASML is a quickly growing company and wants to avoid that the amount of traffic in the area grows along with it. They also find it important to motivate their employees to travel sustainably. That's why ASML created an extra parking area away from the office buildings. You can find the new Hely Hub ASML P+R Eersel here. Employees can park their car there and take the e-bike from there to head to the office locations in and around Veldhoven. Are you an employee at ASML? You can find more information here.
